We bought a Honda Odyssey at this dealership and we had a very good experience throughout the buying process. Our salesperson was Brian H. Brian was very helpful and courteous at all times. Our purchase was a bit complicated in that we wanted a very specific model and color that was relatively rare. The dealership did a great job tracking one down for me and Brian kept me up to date via email while they did their search. They did find the car and expedited the final purchase process with a minimum of hassle and no hard selling for extras that I knew I did not want. I would recommend Prime Honda very strongly.

I don’t know about anyone else, but I do not buy cars because I want to…only because it is a necessity. Buying at Prime was a no nonsense, simple, straightforward experience. My fiancée and I recently purchased a 2013 Honda Fit from Prime Honda and we couldn’t be happier with the customer service provided by Kara R. Prime advertises the lowest cost on the Fit anywhere in the area and there was no run around with the purchase price or over-aggressiveness to sell us extras that we didn’t need. Kara was extremely nice, very sincere, knowledgeable, eager to help, full of personality, nothing “salesy” about her approach at all. Kara makes it feel you like you are buying a car from a friend who is invested in your happiness. When we picked up the car, she even made us a special gift bag which was really thoughtful. Even in the most perfect car-buying scenario you will spend at least 3-4 hours at the dealership so it’s important to trust and even have fun with the sales associate you are working with. Kara is both fun and builds trust very easily. Bottom line – if you are looking to buy a car from a dealer who is straightforward we highly recommend visiting Prime Honda and if you want to it to be a fun, stress-free buying experience ask for Kara.

I just bought a Crosstour at Prime and had the best car buying experience ever. I loved the new pricing strategy. I had done my homework but still was surprised to find that the sticker price was the lowest price I could get anywhere. Sales rep Steve Lander was terrific to work with and has been great on follow-through; the financial rep, Erik, was great, and Jeff and Daniel in the service department as well. Highly recommend Prime — and hope others follow suit on the pricing and friendly service

Prime Honda was the first dealership I visited when looking to research and purchase my first car. I had done extensive online research and knew pretty much exactly what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. Since it was my first time purchasing a car, I was definitely a little nervous about facing a high-pressure salesman and feeling overwhelmed, but I was so pleasantly surprised when Rachael Strauss greeted me at the door and guided me through the process. We test drove 2 cars, I told her exactly what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay, and she made it work–no haggling necessary. I walked away that very day with a new car and a car payment that was exactly what I had budgeted. Everyone, from bubbly and friendly Rachael to the people in finance, was welcoming and easy to work with.
